If an existing programme is moving from a Google Map to a Smart Map, we may need you to complete some additional details before we can add your public drop-off location. Should this be the case, our Customer Support team will be in touch to assist you.
There will be a mix of Smart and Google Maps whilst we are in the transfer process. Google Maps will be in use until the move to the Smart Map is complete. Any collectors affected by these changes will be updated at all times and once the move is complete, the Google Map will no longer be available.
